Overview:
As a BD Specialist, you will support local user growth by onboarding new agents, affiliates, and KOLs. You will execute BD tasks under the direction of regional leads and work with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with outreach and onboarding of affiliates and KOLs.
- Monitor partner activity and escalate growth opportunities.
- Coordinate promotional material delivery and campaign setup.
- Track results and provide regular updates to the team.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years in crypto-related BD, sales, or partnership roles.
- Understanding of trading platforms, referral systems, and incentives.
- Motivated, organized, and fluent in English + local language.
