Overseas BD Leader
- Fully responsible for business development in the Turkey / Middle Eastern markets, including the implementation of cooperation models such as agents, KOLs, project collaborations, and community traffic.
- Build and manage the BD team, establish target mechanisms, assessment incentives, and ensure the delivery of results.
- Design and promote growth activities tailored to regional user habits, such as rebate tasks, team competitions, airdrop collaborations, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to coordinate resources and drive the rapid launch and execution of projects.
- Independently oversee regional data management and optimization to ensure positive input-output growth.
- Participate in global/regional industry conferences or investment promotion events, representing the platform to expand resources and enhance brand influence.
Base Salary: $5,000 USD. (Open to be discussed according to the experience). Commission and other benefits will be discussed during the interview based on local conditions (can be till to 90%-95%)
- At least 3 years of BD or channel expansion management experience in exchanges or Web3 platforms, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving tangible results.
- Experience in both new and major exchanges, deep understanding of local culture, strong financial motivation, established network resources, and confidence.
- Familiarity with local community ecosystems, rebate structures, KOL systems, and agent strategies in European/American and Middle Eastern markets.
- Ability to directly bring resources, project partners, communities, or cooperation channels, with preference given to those who can quickly convert opportunities.
- Results-driven, understanding of pacing, strong execution skills, with exceptional data awareness and crisis management capabilities.
- Fluency in English, international perspective, and experience leading international teams.
