  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  2. Native Korean speaker with strong English (or Chinese) communication skills.
  3. 2–5 years of experience in marketing, localization, or related roles, preferably in internet, fintech, or Web3 industries.
  4. Strong understanding of Korean digital platforms, user behaviors, and cultural nuances.
  5. Hands-on experience with community management, influencer/KOL collaboration, and event execution.
  6. Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize marketing campaigns.
  7. Creative, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment.
