Position Title: Business Development Manager – Middle East (BDM)
Location: Dubai, UAE / Other major cities in the Middle East
- Lead business development and client acquisition efforts in the Middle East market to achieve company targets.
- Identify and explore potential clients and partnership opportunities in the region, expanding industry resources and networks.
- Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with local and regional institutions, KOLs, and trading communities.
- Develop and implement localized business development strategies based on market trends and client needs.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth execution of trading, settlement, and after-sales processes.
- Provide regular reports on business progress, market analysis, and performance metrics.
- 1–2 years of relevant industry experience (digital assets, exchanges, Web3, financial derivatives, etc.).
- Proven business development experience in the Middle East market with strong knowledge of local business culture.
- Ability to provide verifiable historical trading volume or business performance records.
- Possession of KOL resources or industry influence to support brand growth and business expansion.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and maintain client relationships.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other local languages is a plus.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong resilience and execution capability.
Preferred:
- Experience in large exchanges, brokerages, fintech companies, or blockchain projects.
- Extensive industry network in Middle East finance or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Ability to organize or participate in local industry events, exhibitions, or roadshows.
