  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure KOL campaigns align with overall brand and business strategies.
  6. Market & Trend Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and KOL resources, proposing innovative collaboration and marketing solutions.
  • Proven experience in KOL/influencer outreach and social media marketing; familiarity with social media platforms and content ecosystems.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing or promotional events independently.
  • Proficiency in English or other languages is a plus, depending on target markets.
